Our Role

The Welsh Aesthetic and Cosmetic Society has been established to provide an educational and business forum for healthcare practitioners delivering aesthetic and cosmetic services. With a variety of educational resources available to members including annual conferences, quarterly update meetings, and business focus, WACS has a central role in improving the standards of practice for the industry and its patients.

Our Board

As a not-for-profit members organisation WACS has an elected Executive Board covering all aspects of aesthetic and cosmetic medicine. This enables the organisation to consider any practice related issue.

Prof Steve Davies, MD FRCP

Chairman

Consultant Endocrinologist and Aesthetic Trainer. Steve has been training in aesthetics for over a decade and has established postgraduate diploma programmes run in conjunction with the University of South Wales, including the Cosmetic Medicine Course. He has over 100 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals including BMJ, Circulation, and The Lancet.
